Using traditional Western psychology, Eastern spirituality, evidence based practices, neuroscience research, and practices such as reiki, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness, my approach is integrative and holistic and tailored to meet your unique needs. My role is to guide you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength in a safe and supportive environment. Each therapy session is an individualized experience to meet you where you are in the moment and to provide you with tools that will help you reach your goals.
